So last weekend we travelled to an area we hadn’t been to before and met the loveliest little family. But the best bit by far was being sent this video of that night.

New Theme For Boys!!!
We have been asked a few times for a boys theme and because those requests are continuing and there seems to be enough demand, we have decided to go ahead and create a boy’s theme too.
Of course girls and boys can use either theme but we realise that unicorns are most popular with girls so to create choice for all, we have decided on a sporty type theme to extend our range and have named it “Sporting Slumbers”
Choosing accessories has not been easy and it has taken us a lot of shopping around to find the perfect items.
We welcome any comments or suggestions to help us perfect the experience. Take a look and let us know what you think….
Lovely soft plush football cushions for our new theme, they’re absolutely huge too!
If you wish to add this service as an optional extra then please let us know at the time of booking.
We also offer goodie bags to each child who attends a party, these are provided at no extra cost and match the party theme.
We always try to include items which will keep them busy (and possibly quiet 😂) whilst ensuring gifts are age appropriate at the same time.
We also have more masculine duvet covers in dark colours, a plain black version of the sleepmasks and grey breakfast tables in place of the white ones.
The fairy lights and lanterns are still included as standard but we have replaced the cream lanterns with black to create a lovely coordinated set.
We also have lovely football themed bunting to hang between each tent.

Living The Unicorn Dream
We just loved setting up Ellie-Anne’s sleepover today…..
Afterall, what could possibly be better than visiting a household where they love unicorns as much as we do?
She had the perfect room for it – all decorated in unicorn style and full of pretty little unicorn accessories! Everything you could think of from a unicorn lamp and unicorn bedding, down to the tiniest details like her unicorn hankies!
The teepees went in there so well, they almost looked as if they were made to match and it all went perfectly together, like any little girl’s dream come true.
This has got to be one of our favourite displays so far, we just didn’t want to leave the party.
So much choice!!!
We like to think that our teepee hire is the best in the North East and we’re constantly looking for ways to stand out from the crowd. One of the things we do to ensure this is give free goodie bags to every child who attends one of our parties.
At present we are doing unicorn themed parties entitled “Unicorn Dreams”.
There’s 3 different styles of goodie bag to go with the Unicorn Dreams theme. The contents of which have been carefully handpicked by ourselves.
We have tried to select the items included to be exciting for the children, whilst remaining age appropriate and of course matching the theme of the party. Which up to now is 100% unicorns.
We have also tried to include items to keep them entertained as we know how important this element can be!!
The first two options are free for all kids at the party.
They all contain items such as a unicorn glider and unicorn bubbles but in addition to this, the bag for smaller kids includes a unicorn bracelet, unicorn keyring, unicorn sticker sheet and a unicorn notepad.
The bag for older kids still contains unicorn bubbles and a unicorn glider but also includes a unicorn puzzle book, unicorn crayons, unicorn maze and unicorn pinball game.
Or, if you want to XL the bags, there is a small fee for this.
You’ll get everything mentioned above from both bags put together to make a very chunky gift bag, on top of this you also get a pack of unicorn tattoos and a miniature box of unicorn playing cards!!
That’s 6 additional items – meaning you get 12 unicorn themed items instead of the standard 6 pieces. ♡
Arranging the bags of your choice is easy, just send us a message.
If no preference if specified we will always choose what we believe to be the best option from the first two.

The Unicorn Headband Range – Something for all Budgets
We’ve been trialling various headbands lately and have decided to stick with a few of them so that we have something to suit every budget.
All of our headbands can be purchased as optional extras for children attending our Unicorn Dreams parties or as stand alone items if you don’t have a party booked with us.

Blue is the colour
We’ve had to slightly delay the new football theme for a short while, so all of our focus is on Unicorn Dreams at the moment.
We find this theme to be so beautiful and all of us love styling and setting up the parties, but I must admit, the 2 x Dream teepees are my absolute personal favourite from the set.
The blue glitter cushion goes so well with the cover. Once the white unicorn hot water bottle gets placed on there too it’s an amazing set up.

A Reaction Video – Zoe
Little Zoe and her friends are obsessed with unicorns.
Zoe knew she had a surprise behind the door but had no idea what to expect.
She’d waited so patiently until things were ready and her reaction says it all really!!,
We are so pleased she had a great time with her friends celebrating her 8th birthday.
Such a lovely bunch of young ladies to meet, it was a real pleasure, and Zoe has already asked if we would come back for her 9th birthday.

Let’s clear things up!
Let me begin by saying I’m not normally one to complain, but I must admit I’m feeling pretty disheartened today.
You know when they say the actions of others can spoil it for everybody? Well that is exactly what’s happening in this line of business right now. I think I speak for a few of us when I say this.
Now let me just point out that there are loads of companies doing the same thing and there is enough room for all of us. I genuinely do support others who do this too and I love to network and share ideas, outside of my immediate area of course.
However, I have noticed that aswell as some excellent and very inspirational businesses, there are also a few shady and poor quality ones too. And it’s because of those poor quality set ups why people think we are all the same.
We get comments about others being cheaper (cheaper isn’t always better you guys) or “Why hire these out when we could buy them for less” etc. So here I’m going to reiterate a point I’ve made before. It is true, just not true of those shady businesses who are money greedy and want to rip you off. Quality is only important to those who actually care about the services they provide.
So….
Just to clarify, our teepee tents are not the same as those you can buy in toy shops.
Neither are they as small as toyshop teepees. And of course they are not the quality of toy shop teepee tents either.
We have had our teepee tents specifically made for business use, they’re a lot taller and stronger than toy tents.
In a similar way to the home bouncy castles you can buy for children are not the same as those you hire for birthday parties.
Toy teepee tents are great for the home and we dont fault them at all, but they ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Nor would they have space to accommodate a bed and an older child.
No reputable company should hire those out to you, they’d literally be cheaper to buy.
You will come across businesses who are using these tiny little things but not mentioning lack of space inside, leaving you feeling dissapointed and slightly cheated once they arrive. Undoubtedly they will be far cheaper too.
And again, cheaper to buy your own! But please do not think this is what we are all doing.
Some of us pay hundreds per tent once the full set up is added. There is a reason for the price but this is also how you will get a great quality evening for the children.
We don’t all cut corners and our teepees have added safety features too. Theres alot more work goes into our set ups than meets the eye. If you want to know more about this, we are very approachable, please get intouch ♡
